This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff even went the extra mile by sending a text to check my arrival time, which was a nice touch. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and had decent enough facilities, including very comfy beds. The breakfast provided was also a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options to choose from.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

My room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were useful. Enclosed garden for dogs. Close to Lea Hall station and NEC/Airport. Spacious room, everything worked. Help yourself breakfast. Friendly and helpful owner. Affordable B&B rate. Excellent wifi.
